Research supervision mission in Banda Aceh

From 16 - 20 April Prof Waibel was on a research supervison mission in Banda Aceh, Indonesia an area that was most severely hit by the 2004 tsunami. The aim of the project is to develop business plans for aquaculture cooperatives in Bireuen district in Banda Aceh. Dima Konsewitch, an economics student from Leibniz University is conducting the field work which is in collaboration with the World Fish Centre in Penang Malaysia.
