WORK EXPERIENCE
VIE/01/022 project: Revise the project document and making the workplans and budgets (annual and quarterly).
Assist the National Project Director (NPD) to assume operational management of the project in accordance with the project document and UNDP policies and procedures.
Prepare terms of reference for consultants (national and international) and for the various project activities.
Prepare background notes and synthesis reports, based on the conclusions and recommendations of international and national consultants, for submission to UNDP and GSO.
Organize the regular review meeting and final review/ evaluation mission, in coordination with UNDP.
Administer the mobilization of the project inputs under the responsibilities of GSO.
With respect to national consultants or institutions deliver the inputs in accordance with their contract.
Manage the project budget related to local inputs and expenses.
Report regularly and keep the NPD and UNDP PO up to date on the project progress and problems.
Ensure the design and implementation of the project outputs and activities consistent and serve the broader objectives of the UNDP Poverty Alleviation Program.
Mekong Delta Poverty Analysis project:
Design the sample and questionnaire for collecting the data from Mekong Delta Provinces.
Training and capacity development of province field teams, province poverty monitoring personnel.
Design the qualitative and qualitative indicators for evaluation poverty situation of these provinces.
Control the quality of output reports from the local teams.
Represent a range of methodologies for poverty evaluation in the inception workshop.
Training the team leaders and capacity strengthening for provincial officials.
